Can I return or exchange something I bought?
We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges if you change your mind.
If your product is faulty, we will work with the manufacturer or distributor to offer you a solution. This may be a replacement of the item or a part of them item, or a refund.
You will need to show your receipt as proof of purchase.
Can I order online and pick up at the store?
Although we don't have an online store, we are happy to take orders over the phone for either pick up or delivery via Australia Post.
Can I buy practitioner-only products at your store?
Our qualified practitioners are able to assist with certain practitioner-only products over the counter.
There are a number of brands, however, which require either a sit-down consultation with our naturopath, OR a copy of a presciption from another qualified professional.
Do I need to make an appointment to speak with a naturopath?
We are always happy to help over the counter with general enquiries and simple problems. Please understand that when it is busy it can be difficult to give one-on-one attention.
If you need advice for complicated health conditions, if you take multiple medications, or if your needs are more complex, you will need to make an appointment.
Do you ever have sales?
Yes! Sometimes they are store-wide, sometimes they are for a particular brand or range. If you want to be sure not to miss out, please join our Loyalty Program in-store.
