Loyalty Program
- Have you joined our loyalty program yet? It's free to join and you don't need to carry a card. In addition to having access to special "Members Only" sale days, you will also accrue points on your purchases. Once you have accumulated 500 points, you will receive a $10 voucher to use in-store.

- Valid from 1 February 2024
- The Health Food Thyme Loyalty Membership is issued by, and remains the property of, Robnea Pty Ltd ACN 601864484. Application for, and/or use of your Loyalty Membership, is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
- Earning Points One loyalty point is earned for every $2.00 spent.
- To earn points for a transaction, you must alert staff that you are a member at the commencement of the transaction. If you do not mention your membership, the transaction cannot be recorded against the member's card, and therefore points cannot be granted. It is not the staff member's responsibility to ask.
- Points cannot be granted retrospectively.
- Points cannot be accrued on sale or discounted items. Health Food Thyme may, at their discretion, offer bonus points during special promotions on selected products or services.
- Points will expire after two years.
- A $10 voucher will be automatically issued once 500 points have been accrued.
- The redemption value of points may be varied at Health Food Thyme's discretion. Any change shall not affect points issued prior to the date of change.
- Loyalty Reward Vouchers
- The $10 reward voucher is valid for 3 months.
- Expired vouchers are not redeemable and amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed by members.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
- Vouchers may only be used in one transaction and may only be redeemed once.
- Vouchers will expire 3 months from the date of issue.
- Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
- General Conditions
- You must notify Health Food Thyme on (03) 9725 9907 if your personal details change.
- If you have a physical card, you need to let us know on the number above if you loose it, or it is stolen.
- Points may, at Health Food Thyme's discretion, expire or be cancelled.
- Health Food Thyme reserves the right to accept or reject any application for a Loyalty Membership at its sole discretion, or to suspend or terminate a Loyalty Membership for any breach of the Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent use of the card.
- Points can only be earned and redeemed by the holder of a Loyalty Membership in respect of their personal shopping. Points cannot be earned on purchases of commercial quantities of goods or services.
- Health Food Thyme reserves the right to suspend, vary, alter or amend all or any part of these Terms and Conditions, or terminate the Loyalty program at any time.
- By applying for and/or using a Loyalty Membership, each member agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Health Food Thyme's privacy policy and consents to receiving notification of Loyalty Membership offers via email or SMS.
